What we collect

Our contact form collects your name, business name if provided, email address, optional phone number, selected service, project details and preferred contact method if provided. Our form provider may also process technical information, such as your IP address, to operate and protect the service. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

Why we use your information

For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not use contact form details for unsolicited marketing.

Formspree and processing

Our contact form sends submissions to Formspree, which processes them on our behalf to deliver and manage enquiries. Formspree may use service providers and process information outside the UK. Its privacy information describes its processing and relevant safeguards: Formspree Privacy Policy. Email and WhatsApp enquiries are also handled by the providers of those services.
